Slow Video Download
I have dial-up and AOL 9.0 version. I have Vista Home Premium. My videos from the web are so slow. They start, stop, start, stop. I cannot afford DSL or cable. Is there something I can do to make the video process go faster. I downloaded Real Player and Winamp, but I don't know if that will help. Any suggestions from anyone would sure be appreciated. Thanks.

You're not going to like to hear this but if you want to watch videos online you need more broadband - dial up just doesn't cut it. If price is the issue then consider sharing a cable connection through a neighbor's router.
