Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

Mix preceding ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Mix sugar, flour, and salt together before adding to rest of ingredients. I found it mixes together better. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife comes our clean.
