Anyone have a TNT Pecan Pie Recipe. I want to make one for the first time this Christmas and I want it to be a hit. Thanks! Merry Christmas!

This is my sister's super recipe that is the best to our family. It is not sickening sweet and it is "custardy" filling rather than the sticky syrupy. My sister was one of my best friends. She has now with the Lord as she died in 2003. Here's her recipe:

Helen's Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup White Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
1 - 9 inch deep dish frozen pie crust or your favorite recipe

Beat eggs slightly and add rest of ingredients, except pecans and beat well. Stir in pecans and pour into shell

Bake 350 for 45- 55 minutes or until knife inserted between edge and center come out clean. Don't over bake.

This is the one I made for Thanksgiving and it was FABULOUS!

Classic Pecan Pie

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup Karo®
2 T butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked or frozen deep-dish pie crust

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl with fork beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, Karo®, margarine and vanilla; stir until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
