Not sure but over the weekend I head that Coconut oil removes calluses. Not tried it but I will try it on my hubby soon.

Depends on how you got them. If it's something you continually do, then you may get them back again, But if it's just a one time thing that caused them. Keep lotion on those spots, and it will help.
