Egg Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 2 Tbsp. of sugar
  • pinch of salt

Add:

  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • I/4 cup of oil or melted butter
  • 3 eggs

Directions

Mix together; batter will be thin. Cook on a hot griddle spray with cooking spray or coat with some oil. Pancakes will be thin. Cook on both sides until done. I like mine with syrup, but you can add whatever you prefer on yours.

Hi, I can hardly believe someone in this world makes and eats egg pancakes.

My mother and grandmother made these many yrs ago.

I thought this family recipe was unique to our family.

I just love them...cholesterol and all!!
