Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1/3 cubed, soft tofu
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed(optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender except flax seed. Process until smooth. Sprinkle with flax seed if desired.
