This is a smoothie drink that makes use of yogurt, avocados, and a little cucumber. Lemon juice is very good to put in drinks. It helps keep the right balance and has been thought to prevent kidney stones and some cases even dissolve them. Avocados have a lot of protein in them. Cucumbers are so refreshing. Yogurt is great for the culture that is in them and wonderful for digestion.
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- salt and pepper, if desired
Combine all in blender. Run the blender until ingredients are all combined and mixed well.
