Banana Kale Smoothie in glassThis is an excellent smoothie for those who need to get more greens in their diet. You won't even taste the kale. The bananas, vanilla, and honey take over in sweetness, and give it a luxuriously smooth texture. It actually tastes similar to a very naughty diner milkshake. Promise you'll love it!

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 2/3 cup any type of milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy. If you'd like it thinner, add water and puree a bit more.
