We get tired of cereal or toast for breakfast. I wanted something quick and easy though, everyone's so rushed in the morning. This is as quick as making a pop tart, but much healthier! My kids and I absolutely loved it. You've got to try this.

Yield: 1 serving

- 1 cup cashew chocolate milk
- 1 banana, in pieces
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp rice protein powder
- Pour your milk into the blender.
- Add your banana.
- Add your protein powder.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend well.
- Bottoms up!
