- 1 small banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 cup cold milk
Add peanut butter, banana and honey to blender and process until smooth. Add milk and blend until frothy. Serve immediately. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
