To serve: Place 1 heaping Tbsp. mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir.

This sounds great! And for your own powdered chocolate milk mix, here is my recipe, making this totally homemade!
2c. powdered sugar
2c.dry milk
2c. coffee creamer
1c. cocoa powder
mix all together! Some recipes call for a little added salt so depending on the family's salt intake, you could add that too.
