- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 5 slices of bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 med onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients together in frying pan, cook on low for 1 hour. Place in containers and refrigerate at least overnight. Use in a sandwich or as an appetizer on your favorite crackers.
