I have a group of friend that get together once a month and make dinners for our families to freeze for the month ahead, our favorite it Taco Meat because it is so versatile, you can use it for nachos, tacos, in spaghetti sauce and more, then we also do; lasagna, enchiladas, both chicken and beef, we do soups, chili, shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, sloppy joe meat, fettuccine Alfredo, chicken and broccoli casserole, we love it!
Chicken cutlets, grilled chicken, stuffed peppers. I am trying to find some others too!
Maybe people could post one or two of their favourite freezable recipies. I've tried to find new ones online and the problem is that there are so many listed it's impossible to know which ones are really good. I'd rather have a recipe from someone who's actually tried it and has a family that loves it.

Like Aardvark says the whole range of cooking or food preparation is about 90% freezer friendly. Since you have a computer to hand why not try some of the search engines like Google etc? Be prepared for thousands of sites ready to offer you help and tips. But don't pay a penny!
Good heavens, help us narrow down the topic a bit <grins>
Are you thinking of main dishes/casseroles that can be made ahead? They are a great time saver.
