When you say 'tile sheeting', I am guessing you are talking about the 4x8 sheets of hardboard that are finished to look like tile and grout. Unfortunately, Once the finish has started to peel, it compromises that ability of the board to resist water and would need to be replaced. The only other thing that might go over them comes in sheets also and is thin fiberglass. You can find it at most home improvement stores. Many animal rescues use it in areas where dogs are kept as it can be hosed down and sanitized. Hope this helps!
