The ice and water dispenser on the door of my Kenmore will not work. The light works and the ice maker makes ice, but nothing will dispense.

Check the cold setting for the Freezer. On mine, if I move it to the colder end, the water freezes in the tiny line. So we choose softer ice and still have water.
The wire harness that is under the top freezer door hinge or behind the kick plate buy the freezer door hinge might be loose or there is a board behind the dispenser cover that might be bad.
