Tomato-Garlic Angel Hair Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. angel hair pasta (1lb.)
• 3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 102 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse and drain pasta; add to tomato mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
