Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. angel hair pasta (1lb.)
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 102 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse and drain pasta; add to tomato mixture and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
