Raspberry Creme Pie
Place 4 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Mix together:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 14/ tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup sweet cream
Pour over raspberries in pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes until crust is brown and filling set. Good served warm.

I am not sure what sweet cream is. Is it whipping cream or half and half?
Editor's Note: Sweet cream would be heavy whipping cream.
