How do you make a chip package shrink in the oven? And what type of chip packet will be required; aluminum, plastic?

you put them in the oven or toaster oven on a low to middel temp for a few minutes and watch them they go fast and let it shrink to the size you want you can use any kind of chip bags if you want after you shrunk them you can punch a hole in the top and turn it into a key chain.
