Making a "Keyhole" Scarf on a Knitting Loom

I need a knitting loom pattern for a 'keyhole' scarf. I don't know how to BO and CO to make the keyhole effect. Please help me, thanks.

I didn't know what a keyhole scarf was so I had to look it up. Here is one that uses a knitting loom:
