Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic in a 2 quart glass baking dish. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until ground beef is crumbly; drain. Add mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, tomato paste, noodles, water and seasonings; mix well. Microwave for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring 2-3 times. Sprinkle with cheeses. Microwave until cheese are melted. 6 servings.

This is super easy to make and keeps well in the fridge.
Add to browned hamburger: tomato sauce, garlic powder, chopped onion, sugar, fennel seed, oregano, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Stir to blend.
In 2 quart or larger casserole put a layer of noodles, then hamburger mixture, then 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Arrange pepperoni slices on top and sprinkle with 1 cup or more mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

This was always my Mom's favorite quick supper. She was a teacher who often didn't have a lot of time after school to plan a meal for the five of us. We all loved it! It is a quick and easy supper for 4-5 people. It requires only 4 ingredients and they are staples that almost everyone always has on hand. It "seasons" itself and really does taste like pizza. Serve with a tossed salad for a healthy full meal!
Brown hamburger. In square pan layer in following order; 1/4 hamburger, cover with saltines, cover with sliced cheese, cover with 1/2 can tomato soup (undiluted. Repeat layers ending with tomato soup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes . Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.

A flexible recipe. Cook pasta, fry meat and onion, then add all but the cheese and mix.
Brown beef and onion together; drain. Prepare noodles per package directions; drain. Stir noodles, sauce and soup into meat mixture.

In a skillet, brown beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain any fat. Add all remaining ingredients.
