Low Calorie Fruit Smoothie (Strawberry Cloud)

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries (plain, not in syrup)
  • 5 oz. light soy milk
  • 2 tsp. French Vanilla Coffeemate powder (dissolve in 1 oz. warm water)
  • 1 oz. sugar free strawberry syrup
  • 3 Splenda packets
  • 3 large ice cubes
  • Fat free Reddi-Whip

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender except Reddi-Whip. Blend on high 45 seconds pour and top with Reddi-Whip.

Serving size is 12 oz.
