Think Of A Song While Brushing Teeth

I have read that a good way to make sure your children brush their teeth long enough is to have them think of a song in their head while they brush. Well, it's also a good idea for us adults! I brush my teeth while singing a hymn in my head (such as all 4 verses of Amazing Grace, ha, ha!) that way I get encouragement and whiter teeth at the same time.

That's clever! One caution though, try to brush gently. We tend to use way too much pressure when we brush...
