We eat a lot of lettuce type salads, and my husband prefers romaine lettuce to anything else. This one is tangy and good.
- 1 head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 oranges, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Combine lettuce, olives and oranges in salad bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Add to salad, and toss lightly.
