All measurements are approximate:

8 oz. soy milk (chocolate or vanilla)
1 sliced and frozen banana
honey, to taste
ice, optional

Put all ingredients in blender and blend to the consistency that you like.

Hi, my family uses soy milk (usually vanilla) in a blender with ice, or frozen yoghurt or ice cream and any fruit you like. I also saved up and invested in a very good juicer (don't know if I can say the name) however it is on t.v and the shopping channel frequently, it comes with very nice recipes and a lifetime warrenty...gotta love that. All of the above can have a measure of protein powder for the low carb followers, and excercisers in your family

SMOOTHIE:
This is so simple, I don't measure any ingredients:
(It's also healthy)

Milk
Vanilla Yogurt
Fruit of your choice:
Frozen or fresh strawberries OR
Frozen or fresh banana OR
Fresh mango
Put in blender (drop frozen fruit 1 at a time-easier on blender)
(strawberries & banana together are also good)
(using frozen fruit makes it more frothy, but I often use fresh & it's just as good tasting)
I thicken it up by adding more yogurt or fruit

I use an 8oz. container of any flavor yogurt. Add frozen fruit - any favorites, about 1/4cup milk and honey or sugar to taste. Put in blender and WhaLa!
Nutritious AND Yummy!

Orange Julius

1 1/4 cups orange juice
1 cup water
3 tablespoons egg white substitute (secret ingredient)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups ice

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds or so, until ice is mostly crushed yet still a bit coarse.

Makes 32 oz.

Strawberry Julius

1 cup frozen sliced strawberries, thawed (1 10 oz. box)
1 cup water

1 1/2 cups ice

Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender and blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds or so, until ice is mostly crushed yet still a bit coarse.

Makes 32 oz.
