Cookie Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk (generous)
  • 1 cup whipped cream of Cool Whip
  • Chocolate Oreo Cookies

Directions:

Melt the marshmallows and milk together over very low heat and cool until you can add whipped cream. Roll Oreo cookies to the amount to cover the bottom of a small 6x9 inch glass dish and to cover mixture also. Pour marshmallow mixture over the rolled cookies and top with rest of rolled cookies. Serve with whipped cream. For a 9x12 inch, double this recipe. If you wish center filling to be less stiff, you can add more whipped cream to the mixture.

What do you mean to roll Oreo cookies? It doesn't make sense to me.
