- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 box chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup Minute rice
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
Saute' onion in margarine until clear (about 3 minutes). Add chopped spinach; stir well. Add 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into pieces, until melted. Add 1 can golden mushroom soup and 1 can milk; stir well. Add 1 cup Minute rice; stir well. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Use 2-3 qt. bowl or dish.
