Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tubes large refrigerated biscuits
Directions
In a saucepan combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans. Spoon into a greased 9x13 inch pan. In a bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Cut each biscuit in half. Dip in cinnamon and sugar. Place cut side down, over brown sugar syrup mixture. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm. 12-16 servings.
