Ham and Beef Balls
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ham loaf
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs (or oatmeal)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Mix together and roll into balls. Chill for 2 hours. Take balls out and roll in flour and put balls back in dish. Mix together sauce and bring to a boil. Pour over balls. Cook at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
