Removing Cow Manure Stain on Clothing

I went walking and got cow poo on my trousers. Any suggestions for removal of stain would be welcome.

The powdered enzyme dishwasher detergent or try ivory snow.

Thanks for help on removing stain, but have found a product called ace stain remover which did the job.

Anything for protein stains. Even Resolve which is for carpets. My neighbor told me this after the barf stain from green grass (dog) would not come out. It came out with that.
