Save Webpages of Information to Your Computer |
|
|
Finding great ideas, patterns and recipes for FREE on the internet is sometimes like a treasure hunt. You want to be able to find it again. Most people will bookmark the page of information in their browser, but often websites disappear or pages change, and the perfect pattern or recipe you found there is no longer available. Instead of a bookmark, you can save the website to your computer.
Create a folder on your computer to save a copy of that webpage with all the graphics. Go up to the top of your browser, usually under FILE - and click on SAVE. Another option is to print the page to PDF, or copy and paste it into a word file and save it that way.
Happy treasure hunting!

Wow, Regina, I did not know you could do that. Thanks so much for sharing that tip, I am sure I will be using it a lot.
