Contact I clean my outside windows with a sponge mop & a squeegee, under the same mindset of the window washers at the gas station. Mop first, then wipe clean....just be careful for streaking. Posted on 09/14/2006 | Report Spam or Abuse RE: Cleaning Window Screens By lambchop from australia (Guest Post) i use a bucket of water & dishwashing liquid or washing powder & a broom to clean the screens with.take them off before cleaning.to clean windows get a bucket of water with vinager in it & use a squeegie with sponge on it ,comes up cleaner then using commercial products & doesn't leave marks.
