Hold Tail End of Zucchini When Grating
I had to bake zucchini bread today and it called for grating a zucchini. I didn't want to cut my fingers, so I turned the zucchini upside down and held onto the tail end, making it easier to grate and safer for my fingers at the same time. The bread tasted delicious!
