Orange Cream Cheese Spread

This is really good as a spread on sour dough or French bread and I love using it as a dip for Jicama!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Directions:

Beat ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Chill until serving.

Spread some of this between two slices of french bread (like a sandwich) then dip the whole thing in a dish of beaten eggs mixed with a bit of milk and vanilla. Fry like french toast, then sprinkle with a little powdered sugar before serving.
