Rainy Day Paint Activity
Just because it's raining doesn't mean you can't take the kids outside to play. Slap on a raincoat and boots and head outside. Put some food coloring or paint on a paper plate and hold it in the rain. Watch how the wet splatter mixes the colors. Also a good way to talk about mixing colors to make new colors.
