A special project for bad weather days that will give the kids something to look forward to playing with when the sun comes out. All children love colouring in so they will especially love making these easy Frisbee-like flying discs.

  • 2 paper plates
  • coloured marker pens
  • PVA glue

  1. Begin drawing designs on the underside of the paper plates using your coloured marker pens.
  2. This isn't just about producing a toy, it's about the therapeutic effects of colouring in, so, take your time, relax and enjoy.
  3. Once you're done, glue the two plates together with PVA adhesive.
  4. Then it's time for a bit of fun when the sun comes out.
