Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cups yellow squash and zucchini
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until vegetables are tender crisp. Sprinkle salad dressing mix over vegetables; toss to coat well. Stir in vinegar until well mixed. Serve hot.
