My jacket has leather sleeves and wool body. I can clean the sleeves. How can I clean the wool body?

If you send it to a reputable dry cleaner who also cleans leather garments you should have no problem. It might take a few phone calls to find a good one.
Otherwise, I guess you could do the type of spot cleaning that you would do on a wool carpet. It won't clean the entire jacket part, but it will help with the signs of wear that all garments get.
wishing you good luck..

I'd bring it to a professional cleaner. =)
