Stir together the flour, cocoa, and sugar in a small cooking pot. Add water and mix well. Put in margarine just before cooking, ( it will melt as cooked).
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened (like gravy).
Serve over split hot biscuits and enjoy!
