I came up with this recipe because my kids loved the Vermicelli with Garlic and Olive Oil box mix you buy at the store. This is so much cheaper to make and they can't tell the difference.
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley
8 oz. thin spaghetti
Directions:
Mix together water, butter and seasonings in medium saucepan. Bring just to a boil and add spaghetti broken into thirds. Cover and simmer 7-8 minutes.
