Eat a peanut butter cookie or anything with peanut butter, even peanut butter on a spoon. This will take care of garlic breath!

Parsley after garlic - Garnish spicy foods, especially those that contain garlic, with fresh sprigs of parsley, and encourage all your guests to finish with a piece. You'll be much more pleasant company for one another since parsley is a natural breath deodorizer.
