BBQ Turkey Sandwiches

A great way to use leftover turkey!


  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire or Soy sauce
  • Ad
  • 1/4 cup b-b-q sauce-your choice
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup tomato juice, or 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 onion, chopped, (opt)


Mix all ingredients together and pour over turkey that has been roasted and either cut up or shredded. Heat before serving.

Note: This is a great recipe for the crock-pot and excellent for sandwiches for a large group. Double the recipe for a whole turkey.
