A great way to use leftover Turkey!
Ingredients
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire or Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup b-b-q sauce-your choice
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup tomato juice, or 1 can tomato soup
- 1 onion, chopped, (opt)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour over turkey that has been roasted and either cut up or shredded. Heat before serving.
Note: This is a great recipe for the crock-pot and excellent for sandwiches for a large group. Double the recipe for a whole turkey.
