Fish Stick and Cheese Sandwich

My daughter loves these sandwiches. When I inquired as to where the recipe came from, she replied, "from my kitchen". I tried one, then later made another and they're very good. Hope you like them too.

Ingredients

  • Anybody's Fish Sticks
  • Butter or margarine
  • Bread or Hoagie
  • American Cheese slices, or Swiss cheese slices

Directions

Cook fish sticks according to the box directions. Use 3 to 4 sticks per sandwich {depending on size of bread or roll}. Spread the tops of bread or rolls with butter or margarine. Place the cooked fish sticks on a slice of bread then a slice of cheese. Cook sandwiches buttered side down in skillet over medium heat until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
