Shrimp Salad
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. frozen shrimp
2 (7 oz.) pkgs. macaroni shells
1 large onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks\
1 large can peas
4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped
Dressing:
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
Drain peas, drain pineapple and reserve liquid. Cook shells according to directions on package. Thaw shrimp, add to shells, add peas, pineapple chunks, cut in half, onion, and celery. Mix dressing; pour over, toss and chill. Garnish with parsley and paprika.

Shrimp Salad
This is really yummy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup thin sliced green onion
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
3 hard boiled eggs
1 cup shrimp
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish (optional, I don't)
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions:
Blend dressing and mix into salad ingredients.
Servings:
8-10

1/4 cup chopped onion
Miracle Whip
Cool Whip
Directions
Mix until salad is of desired moistness, using 3 parts Miracle Whip to 1 part Cool Whip. Chill overnight.
