What is a packer doily and what do you do with it? The post about cutting a letter (H) in a plastic bottle is confusing. Are these doilies for the bottle?

Editor's Note: I didn't see a feedback post about cutting an H in a plastic bottle but I believe that you are referencing a different post entirely, one for wrapping a present in a two liter bottle.
