I recently purchased a new computer. I had Callwave on my old computer and fax. I have forgotten my password. I have asked several times to have it sent to me so I can switch to this new computer and have Callwave on this one, but so far, no one has sent me my password.

Well, if you are successful, please let me know. I too had Callwave. I didn't want to use my credit card on the internet to pay for the new year, so I sent them a check. It has never been cashed, they stopped my account and I've never received my check back! It's another sign of the times, everything is automated or electronic and no matter how many letters you write, you never really get an answer. Sending emails didn't get a response either.

Hope you have much more success.
