Directions
Combine carrots, crumbs, milk, cheese, margarine, onion, and seasonings. Beat eggs until slightly puffy. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. mold, liberally sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Turn onto warm platter. Fill center with cooked peas (or put around carrots mold.) Garnish ring with parsley.
