Using Acupressure for Your Feet

Does acupressure for the pressure points in your feet work? How do you massage them to make it work?

Some people say it works and some doesn't. You can find books that explain how to do it and what areas of the foot affects other parts of the body. There are some chiropractors that include that as part of their adjustments.

Try a foot roller for a start. If nothing else it's relaxing.

Go to your library and look for books on "reflexology." You can also find lots of information online. Yes, it works--much more for some people than for others.
