Canned Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 can white corn, drained
- 1 can small baby peas, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
- salt, to taste
Instructions
Combine oil, sugar, water; heat; then cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

It is similar to 5-7 bean salad.
