Nail glue and crazy glue are much the same. I know that acetone breaks down nail glue. Maybe try some with cotton swabs on a hidden spot and proceed cautiously. The fumes are STRONG!

There is a crazy glue remover and it is sold in the big box stores with the glue. Whether it would work on fabric or not, I do not know. You would have to look at the directions to tell.
