Pink Frost Delight (Frozen Salad)
Ingredients
- 1 can fruit cocktail (reg. size)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped cherries
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (3oz.)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup whipped cream
Directions
Soften cream cheese, add mayonnaise and mix together. Stir in fruit cocktail, marshmallows, cherries and nuts. Add whipped cream, colored with cherry juice or red food coloring. Freeze in cans. Serves 10-12.

Do you drain the fruit cocktail or use juice and all? Please be more specific. Are you talking about Maracino Cherries?
I would like to make this for Easter, but need more specifics. Thank you. It sounds great.
